Based on a 40-year study of human strengths, Gallup created a language of the 34 most common talents and developed the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment to help people discover and describe these talents. It is a fascinating assessment tool that provides people with powerful insight on areas where they have the greatest potential to develop and leverage their natural strengths for success.
Daniella will be conducting a workshop for a large group of Senior Vice Presidents at Northern Trust, coaching them on how to most effectively apply the insight from the StrengthsFinder assessment tool during their career progression, so that they can see how they can be powerful resources for one another with their individual strengths. The insight they gain from the report and from the workshop will empower them to enhance their own individual performance, enhance how they lead their teams, and optimize their contributions to their peers across teams. The workshop will also provide them the opportunity to explore how their leading strengths play into their personal brand and how people see them as a leader.
